In the article published in the Sistemi&Impresa magazine, our COO illustrates the cornerstones that help small and medium-sized companies gain competitiveness and overcome the challenges of communicating their values.

Indeed, companies’ success lays its foundation on a ‘triad system’ consisting of three fundamental elements that, together, build a competitive advantage: values, vision and the necessary distinctive skills.

A model that has also been implemented within our company and that, besides being a successful example, has made a considerable contribution to analysing, consolidating and developing this important paradigm.

We are happy to announce that our new website is officially online.

With a completely renewed graphic layout, it has been designed to offer a smoother browsing experience and to grab visitors’ attention through an even more user-friendly content architecture.

In each page, colour becomes a dominant and characterising element, often echoing the collections’ finishes. The four main paths – products, collections, experiences and designers – have instead been enriched by the iconic ‘tropicana’ pattern along with hand-drawn sketches made by Varaschin architects.

In the products and collections sections, we have deliberately placed great emphasis on images and videos for their ability to present them authentically.

A special note goes to the LEAF page, with a section entirely dedicated to sustainability, a theme that for us represents a commitment based on concrete premises and on the awareness that it is a challenge that must be tackled on all fronts and according to precise rules.

We are happy to inform you that this edition of the Archiproducts Design Awards sees us as protagonists.

Wellness Therapy, our business line dedicated to the world of spas designed by architect Alberto Apostoli, has been awarded in the wellness category.

The award, now in its eighth edition, is an icon in the international design scene, and being able to get a recognition this year, is for us a source of great pride.

A new chapter in our history.

We are pleased to announce the opening of our showroom in Milan, the capital of fashion and design, with the collaboration of KE Outdoor Design.

On Friday 16 June, our Chief Operating Officer, Stefano Giust, presented his new book “Riposizionare con successo le PMI di qualità – Il caso Varaschin Outdoor Therapy”, published by Maggioli Editore.

The book, available in all bookshops and online, illustrates a comprehensive and efficient model for developing and/or relaunching quality Italian SMEs that are struggling to express adequately their values. How? By building a solid corporate identity through a ‘consistency model’, an indispensable tool for gaining the trust of new potential customers, with the aim of reaching a new target market.

An innovative business model that has been put into practice for the first time within our company.

Also speaking at the event, moderated by journalist Carla De Meo, Dr. Andrea Francesconi, professor of business economics at the University of Trento and at SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan, and the president of FederlegnoArredo, Dr. Claudio Feltrin.

We have further expanded our award board with the victory of Emma Cross Compact Daybed, designed by Monica Armani, at the Good Design Award, one of the most prestigious competitions recognized worldwide.

Founded in Chicago in 1950 by Charles and Ray Eames, Eero Saarinen and Edgar Kaufmann Jr., this trophy is awarded every year by the Chicago Athenaeum to all sector leaders who in some way, thanks to their commitment and their proposals, have succeeded to establish new innovative directions in the world market.

A unique award, made even more important by the judging criteria and methods: the same for over 70 years and which range from innovation to concept, from function to utility, obviously up to form and aesthetics.

Pambianco, one of the most authoritative magazines dedicated to lifestyle, has once again chosen to put us in the spotlight, asking our COO Stefano Giust to take stock of the brand’s more immediate future.

Without hiding his great satisfaction with turnover figures, which in the last two years have recorded nothing less than a 150% increase, Stefano Giust highlighted how profitable the brand repositioning process has been. The latter started in 2016 with the aim to conquer the leadership in quality outdoor furniture in Europe.

Our chief operating officer underlined that in this process of recognition by the market, the company is focusing a lot on the best-selling collections Emma and Emma Cross by Monica Armani and Tibidabo by Calvi Brambilla, but also on the new Wellness Therapy business line designed by Alberto Apostoli, whose launch will take place in 2023, an avant-garde project with marked technological characteristics, from which consolidation is expected from the 5-star hospitality and residential targets.

It is with great pride that we announce the victory at the Archiproducts Design Awards 2022, outdoor category, of the Emma Cross Daybed designed by architect Monica Armani.

This award, born in 2016 and now in its seventh edition, brings together the greatest exponents of the world of design and rewards all those who have distinguished themselves in some way thanks to their creations.

A coveted recognition that this year more than ever paid homage to a sector, the creative one, which despite the difficulties of recent years has managed to shine again and which, with extreme happiness, we add to our personal bulletin board of a journey made by love, passion and history.
