Outdoor Therapy identifies a new lifestyle, a way of living outdoor spaces at their best. Spending time in the open air has positive effects on mind, body and soul, reducing stress and increasing happiness. Some people love doing sport en plein air, others look for a closer contact with nature or live outdoors as an adventure to explore the world.

In this section, we are collecting the Outdoor Therapies we like and all initiatives we decided to support. We want to give voice to those who chose outdoors as a lifestyle and wellness therapy.
