And if we said Hygge, what would you think of?
It is a word of Norwegian and Danish origin, that cannot be translated literally, but which we could rather define as a state of mind based on happiness for the little things, well-being, inner peace, hospitality and tranquility.
An abstract concept, attributable to a lifestyle in which our behaviors allow us to experience a state of absolute serenity and pleasantness.
We are telling you about it because part of this philosophy is also closely linked to nature.
In fact, Danes and Norwegians love being outdoors, regardless of the weather and climate, because they believe that nature can provide an antidote to stress, improving mood and increasing psychophysical well-being.
Is there anything more true?
Living in contact with the world around us, in a sort of personal “Outdoor Therapy”, where outdoor spaces are transformed into precious refuges where you can regenerate in perfect harmony with the surrounding environment.
LISTEN TO YOUR OWN SELF
Regenerate your mind and body away from stress.
A walk in a park breathing the fresh air of the first light of dawn, listening to the rustling of the wind through the leaves, watching the sun slowly rise marking the beginning of a new day.
Here and now, living the present in all its beauty and seeking real happiness that can help make us fulfilled in the long term.
There is nothing more beautiful than enjoying all this in contact with nature. Hygge is also this: allowing yourself precious moments, even small ones, to fully savor life.
We imagine ourselves in the garden with a good cup of coffee. It’s six in the morning, everyone is still asleep. Sitting comfortably on our Emma family daybed we enjoy a moment for ourselves, before starting our day.
THE OUTDOOR SPACE
An outdoor environment in which to develop our inner strength. Because, if you think about it, how many things can we do in our garden?
Embroider, write our notes sheltered by the leaves of the trees or, again, let our thoughts – the most beautiful ones – wander, while we watch the clouds create suggestive compositions.
Activities that stimulate the mind, helping us find ourselves and nourishing our emotional well-being.

Life is also made of this: precious moments of time to do the activities we love most. It is, if you think about it, a delicate balance to maintain in order to always be happy.
And we, now, observe the sky swinging on the Emma nest.
A SAUNA A DAY
One of the activities that is most beneficial to psychophysical well-being is the sauna.
The reason is really simple: a session, even for a few minutes, brings obvious benefits to the skin, mind and spirit.
At this very moment, we are already lying on the relaxation bed from the Wellness Therapy collection, the perfect companion for a day of relaxation and meditation.
Surrounded by a relaxing atmosphere, lulled by the sweet sound of a classical melody, we let ourselves be welcomed by its ergonomic shapes for total comfort.
