Calvi Brambilla
Born in 1969, Fabio Calvi studied at the Brunel University of West London and graduated in architecture from the Polytechnic University of Milan. He collaborated with Gianfranco Frattini and Ferruccio Laviani and was later art director for all Flos installations.
Born in 1973, Paolo Brambilla studied at the UPC in Barcelona and graduated in architecture from the Polytechnic University of Milan. He taught Interior Design at the School of Design of the same institute.
Founded in 2006, the Calvi Brambilla studio designs private residences, offices, shops, installations and products. The studio has collaborated with many important brands including Barovier & Toso, FontanaArte, Flos, Grohe, Molteni & C.
In 2015, it won a mention at the Gold Medal of Italian Architecture at the Milan Triennale, while also winning the LC50 invitation-only competition organised by Interni magazine with an installation in the Cassina showroom in Milan. In 2016, the studio was selected for the ADI Design Index for an exhibition design project realised for Zanotta.
